Egoapp is a tarot and astrology app by Atração Online, operated by Abraao Lincoln Alves de Alexandria (Brazilian business registration CNPJ 46.920.206/0001-30), Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Egoapp

Egoapp is for adults 18 and over only. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, it is deleted.

2. What Egoapp is (and is not)

Tarot readings, horoscopes, compatibility readings and all other content are for entertainment and personal reflection. Part of it is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes. Nothing in the app guarantees results or predicts the future.

• Readings are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice.
• The app does not make diagnoses and does not talk about death, illness or pregnancy.
• If you are going through a hard time or thinking about hurting yourself, the reading stops and we point you to help: in the US, call or text 988; in other countries, see findahelpline.com; in Brazil, CVV at 188 or cvv.org.br.

3. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email or with your Google account. Keep access to your email secure: anyone with access to it can sign in to your account. You can download your data and delete your account at any time in Settings.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not try to get around limits, access other people’s data or manipulate the artificial intelligence.
• Do not upload photos of other people without permission, or illegal, offensive or child-related content.
• Do not use bots, scraping or resell the content.

Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or deleted.

5. Plans and payments

There is a free plan with daily limits and a Premium monthly subscription. Premium is sold and billed by our payment partner Hotmart, which processes your payment and issues your receipt; the price, currency and billing cycle are shown at checkout before you pay. Hotmart’s own terms also apply to the purchase.

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime in the app (Profile → My subscription), in one step. You keep Premium until the end of the period already paid, and you will not be charged again.
• Refunds: you can ask for a full refund within the guarantee period shown at checkout (at least 7 days after your first purchase), through Hotmart or by writing to privacidade@atracaoonline.com.
• If a payment fails, Premium continues for up to 3 days while the charge is retried.
• Refunds and chargebacks end Premium access immediately. Prices may change; changes only apply to your next cycle and are announced in advance.
• Use the same email at checkout as in the app, so your access unlocks automatically.

6. Content and images

Card images come from historical decks in the public domain (the 1909 Rider-Waite-Smith and Jean Dodal’s Tarot de Marseille), with their sources recorded. Egoapp’s texts, design and brand belong to the operator. The questions, notes and photos you send remain yours; you allow us to process them only to provide the service.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the app running, but it may be unavailable for maintenance or because of third-party failures. Decisions you make based on readings are your responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

8. Changes and contact
